02. Be clear with your language
If you want a client to successfully respond to your creative website, make sure they aren’t the ones asking the questions by the end of the viewing due to vague, unclear prompts. For every piece of information you’re asking from them, try to ensure that it can only be interpreted in the intended way. Of course, you can’t control the way people think, but by using clear, concise, and simple language, you can avoid any communication mishaps.
